- Do you have a print catalog or brick and mortar store that I can visit?
NO ... Gemini Dreams is strictly a web based store with an online catalog only. Although some of our items are available on an ongoing basis, many items are one time special purchases with no additional quantities available. Limited quantities plus the fact that new products are added daily makes it impossible to offer a print catalog - it would be outdated by the time it was printed.
No backorders are available at this time. You may sign up to receive an email notice when an out of stock item becomes available for purchase again by clicking on the notification link on the item page.
We are always happy to accomodate your requests if possible. Contact us with the item(s) and quantity desired and we will let you know if the request can be filled and the estimated length of time before the item(s) should be available for purchase thru our website. Bulk quantity requests may require a non-refundable 20% deposit.

- Can my order be tracked during shipping?
Free delivery confirmation is included with all orders shipped within the USA and to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and most other US territories and overseas military locations. Free tracking for Priority Mail International orders is now available and included to most major international locations.
Delivery confirmation and tracking (international orders only) numbers when applicable can be accessed at any time after the order has been processed for shipment by logging in to your account. Delivery status can be checked on the USPS website at www.usps.com.
- How can I receive discounts and special offers?
Sign up for our free newsletter. Our newsletter subcribers receive email notices of our current sales and promotions, as well as exclusive discounts, coupons and other offers that are not available to the general public.

Payment for all orders are processed thru Paypal's secure online payment service. Payment methods accepted are:

- Electronic Check (Paypal members only - order shipped when payment clears)
- Bank Transfer (Paypal members only - order shipped when payment clears)
Paypal no longer requires customers to sign up for an account to submit credit and debit card payments. Registration for a FREE Paypal account is required to submit electronic check and bank transfer payments.
