Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates:

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on destination and order total. A $2 handling fee is charged in addition to shipping for each order processed. To determine the total shipping and handling fees that will apply to a specific location, please use the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page.

Shipping methods & estimated delivery times:

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service(USPS) within 2-3 business days of order receipt. Gemini Dreams offers the following shipping methods:

US, territories & APO/FPO Shipping

• USA, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands - USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 days.
• US territories and overseas military (APO/AE/FPO) - USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation where available). Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 days.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery times are barring any unexpected delays in customs. Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs fees/duties - please check with your local customs office for more details.

• Orders up to 4 lbs in weight:
  • USPS First Class Mail International. Estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 days. *
    
• All other orders:
  • USPS Priority Mail International (with tracking where available). Estimated delivery time is 7 - 14 days. *

Return Policy

Any item still in the original/unused condition received may be returned for a refund or store credit by following the steps below:

• To expedite processing of your return, please include the following information with the return:
• name
• order number
• reason for return
• credit preference - exchange, store credit or refund

• All non-defective product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, credit will be issued for the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
